As the title suggests I have stayed here 9 times over the last few years and I’ve already made my reservation for next year. I love this hotel and the all of the team that work there. From the second you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome. The front desk staff (especially Tracey and Clare) always go that extra mile to make your stay special and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The gift shop/Deli is open 24/7 and has absolutely everything you could possibly need including phone chargers, USB cables etc. just in case you’ve forgotten to pack yours. They also do hot food in there and even have a slushy machine!!
The hotel has its own security guards and, as I travel alone a lot of the time, this is a nice added extra. Again, they are lovely and very approachable.
The Management team is always around the hotel and grounds if you need them even if it’s just to say Hi.
The Palms Restaurant does a very good value buffet style all you can eat breakfast for $7.95+Tax and gratuity and kids under 9 eat free with every paying adult. That’ll certainly set you up for the long shopping trips and walks around the parks.
The rooms are spotless and quiet and fresh towels, etc., are provided every day. There is also a safe, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, TV, wardrobe and dresser!! Oh, and a dry cleaning service should you need it.
The pool area is beautiful and even has a mobility seat for those less able to get into the water on their own. Now that you’ve read all of the above perhaps you can see why I keep coming back again and again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and may I just say it is amazing! The staff is friendly, it’s close to all of the Orlando attractions, and has a 24 hour shop! If you don’t like the buffet there are a lot of other options nearby and are all inexpensive, I would definitely stay here again
